Amber Rose claims she mistook a domestic Husky for a wolf while hunting but it seems that her boyfriend Frank Tallent has refuted the claim by saying "it was a deer chasing ferral ass dog on the wrong place at the wrong time".  Let's hope that Montana prosecutes this under §45-8-211, MCA, which provides: 

Cruelty to animals — exception. 
    (1) A person commits the offense of cruelty to animals if without justification he knowingly or negligently subjects an animal to mistreatment or neglect by:
    (a) ... killing an animal.
