Netflix, Inc. indicted in Tyler County, Texas over their movie "Cuties." Grand jury determined Netflix violated section 43.262 of the Texas Penal Code and found that Netflix “Did then and there knowingly promote visual material which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a clothed or partially clothed child” Netflix denies the allegations.
